1win Rs 300 UPI Deposit Deducted Not Credited

On the morning of 12 February at around 10:21 a.m., I deposited Rs 300 into my 1win account via UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it was not added to my 1win wallet. After noticing that the balance did not reflect in my 1win wallet, I contacted support. Despite this, the issue has still not been resolved and my Rs 300 remains missing. I request that this failed deposit be investigated urgently and that my money be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible, or correctly credited to my 1win wallet without any further delay.
