1win Support Does Not Resolve Missing $4 Deposit

On February 15, I attempted to deposit ₹300 into my 1win account using Google Pay from my SBI bank account. The ₹300 was successfully debited from my SBI account, but it was not credited to my 1win account.
I have not been able to resolve this issue through any support channel, and the money is still missing. I am requesting that the debited amount of approximately ₹300 be refunded to my SBI account as soon as possible, or that the transaction be investigated and the issue clearly explained.
