On September 7, 2025, at 23:49, I submitted a withdrawal request of 6,250 TL through the 1win website using the bank transfer method. My user ID is 93883*. Although the transaction is marked as approved, the funds have still not been deposited into my bank account.
I contacted 1win customer support and opened a support ticket with the reference number pmnt-3585701, but no solution has been provided so far. All of my account details are updated and verified, and there has been no request for additional documents or deductions applied.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I find it unacceptable that a simple withdrawal request remains unresolved for this long.
I request that my 6,250 TL withdrawal be processed immediately and that my funds be deposited into my account without any further delay.
