On August 7, 2025, at 18:26, I submitted a withdrawal request of ₺6,500 from my account on the 1win website to my Enpara bank account. All my account details and documents are fully verified and accurate, yet despite the time that has passed, the transaction has still not been processed.
I contacted customer service several times, but each time I was simply kept waiting with no clear update or resolution. The responses I receive are vague and repetitive, with no explanation for the delay. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue with 1win, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency and support.
My membership ID ends with 4918, and I urgently request that my withdrawal be completed without further delay. I need my money released as soon as possible, and I expect 1win to resolve this issue promptly and prevent similar problems for other users.
