1win Withdrawal Pending Airtel Money Not Received

On 25 March 2026, I made two withdrawal requests from my 1win account to my Airtel Money number 0786670***. The first withdrawal was for TZS 22,500 at around 12:00 am and the second was for TZS 27,000 at around 12:51 am. Both withdrawals have remained in a pending status and the money has not been paid to my Airtel Money wallet. My ID is 355747***  The funds are still held by 1win and have not reached my number 0786670***, even though I correctly requested the withdrawals. I have tried to resolve this issue, but I have not been able to find any effective way to contact 1win customer support or receive assistance through their channels. I kindly request that 1win immediately processes these two pending withdrawals dated 25 March 2026 to my Airtel Money number and pays the full amounts of TZS 22,500 and TZS 27,000 without any further delay. I also ask for a clear explanation of why these withdrawals have been pending for this long and for 1win to ensure that such issues do not repeat in the future.

Please credit the money to my Airtel Money wallet as soon as possible. I don’t need explanations. Your support team is not responsive—I contacted your AI support, which was not helpful at all. It told me to wait 24 hours, and now it has been nearly 72 hours with no resolution.
