I am using the Parimatch website and experiencing serious issues with both withdrawal and deposit transactions, which have resulted in missing funds in my account.
On February 12, I made a withdrawal of ₹5,010 via bank transfer from my Parimatch account. The amount was deducted from my Parimatch balance, but it has still not been credited to my bank account. Then, on March 19, I made a deposit of ₹1,000 using Paytm. This amount was deducted from my Paytm account, but it did not appear in my Parimatch balance.
For both transactions, I have the necessary transaction details and references, and I have already shared them with the Parimatch support team. Despite contacting customer support, they continue to delay, and the issue has remained unresolved for a long time. I have also experienced similar deposit and withdrawal issues with Parimatch in the past, which makes this situation even more concerning.
I request that the total missing amounts—₹5,010 from the withdrawal and ₹1,000 from the Paytm deposit—be promptly credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay. I expect this issue to be properly investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
