I am writing regarding a withdrawal payment that has been pending on my 1win account. My account ID is 338295*** and my username is Aud1**. I requested a withdrawal of K650 in Zambian kwacha to my Airtel Money account number +26097278**11. Despite this request, the payment is still pending and has not been credited to my Airtel Money account. When I contacted 1win customer service, I was informed that withdrawals take 24 hours to be processed and that I should wait. I have already waited the requested time, but the money has still not arrived, and now support has stopped responding to my messages. Previously, when I tried to withdraw to the same Airtel Money number, the money kept bouncing back and I did not receive it, and now this K650 withdrawal is stuck in pending status. I request that you urgently process my pending withdrawal to my Airtel Money number or clearly explain why the payment is still pending and provide a concrete solution. If the withdrawal cannot be completed, I expect the amount to be promptly returned to my 1win balance so that I can choose another withdrawal method.
