1win Withdrawal Successful, but Payment Not Received in My Easypaisa Account

I am a user of 1win with account ID 302994681. On 17-02-2026, I made two withdrawal requests from my 1win balance to my Easypaisa Digital Bank account. The first withdrawal was for 20,000 at 4:09 a.m., and the second was for 15,000 at 5:23 a.m. In the 1win application, both withdrawals are shown as “successful”, but the total amount of 35,000 has not been credited to my Easypaisa account. I contacted Easypaisa Digital Bank, and they informed me that no such amounts were received and that this issue is related to 1win. When I contacted 1win customer support, they only stated that the payments were successful and sent, but the money is still not visible in my Easypaisa account balance. I also have my Easypaisa statement for that day, which clearly shows that these amounts were never credited. I request that 1win urgently provide clear and verifiable withdrawal proof for both transactions, including all reference numbers and payment trace details, or immediately ensure that the total amount of 35,000 is correctly credited to my Easypaisa Digital Bank account.
