Chatroulette Support Not Responding – Restore Blocked User Access

I am writing about a problem I experienced on Chatroulette on 29/03/2026 at around 3:40 a.m. I was talking normally with another user, without any inappropriate behavior from either side, and suddenly that person was banned for no apparent reason. The application states that after 45 seconds of conversation, both users become friends, but this did not happen in our case. With other users, I can send messages and make calls normally, but with this specific person, I can no longer contact them, which shows that the user was blocked or banned, even though nothing wrong was done in our conversation. This has caused me frustration, as I would like to keep in touch with this person and the behavior of the application does not match what is promised. I also have this person’s username as it appears in the application, and I can provide it so that the account can be identified and checked more easily. I have already contacted Chatroulette support through the help options to report this situation. I request that the user in question be unblocked so that I can talk to them again, and that I receive a clear explanation of why this person was blocked during our conversation, even though there was no improper conduct.
