I am writing about a problem I am experiencing with 1win Casino regarding a pending withdrawal that has not been processed for several days. I am a user from Tanzania and my 1win account ID is 90981***. Three days ago I requested a withdrawal of 72,000 Tanzanian shillings via Airtel Money mobile payment from the casino section, but the transaction is still pending without any progress. This situation is causing me concern because the money has not reached my Airtel Money account and I have not received a clear update or resolution within a reasonable time. As a result, I cannot use my funds and I do not know what stage the transaction is in. I kindly request that my withdrawal of 72,000 Tanzanian shillings be processed immediately and paid to my Airtel Money account without any further delay, or that I am at least given a clear and verified explanation of the status of this transaction. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
