I am writing to report a problem I am facing with 1win regarding a withdrawal that has not been processed and an issue accessing my account balance. On 19 February 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 1,500 via bank transfer to my personal account at UCO Bank. Since then, the money has not been credited to my bank account, and at the same time I have not been able to check or see my account balance on my Google pay after making this withdrawal . This is the first time I have had such a problem with 1win. My 1win account ID is 349845***. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but they only replied that “today’s a busy day” and then left my messages on seen, without giving me any clear information, time frame, or solution. I request that my pending withdrawal of 1,500 be paid immediately to my UCO Bank account and that full access to view my account balance be restored without any further delay. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this problem occurred and why my support request was not properly handled.
