1win Deposit Not Credited After SBIPAY UPI Payment

I made a deposit of 9,000 INR to my 1win account on 11/02/2026 at around 3:44 p.m. using SBIPAY UPI. The amount has been debited from my bank/UPI account, but it is still not reflected in my 1win balance and is shown as pending. The transaction number for this payment is 100426619912. I contacted 1win support about this issue, and they told me that it would be resolved within 7 days. However, more than 7 days have already passed, and nothing has been resolved yet. I have the UPI reference/transaction ID and payment proof for this 9,000 INR deposit and can provide it if needed. I request that my pending 9,000 INR deposit be either credited to my 1win account immediately or refunded to my bank account without any further delay, and that a clear explanation be provided for this delay.
