1win Shows "Successful" But My Money Never Arrived

I am writing because I am extremely disappointed with my recent withdrawal experience on 1win and I believe my $170 has effectively gone missing. On May 1st at 11:42 am, I requested a $170 withdrawal via Tether (USDT) on the TRC20 network. A few minutes later, when I checked my transaction history on 1win, the withdrawal was marked with a green “Successful” checkmark and the full $170 was deducted from my casino balance. Despite this, when I checked my crypto wallet (Tether TRC20 address starting with TWndEb... and ending with ...d1GaZ), the balance was completely empty and no funds had arrived. More than an hour passed and the situation did not change, even though the withdrawal remained marked as successful in your system. I contacted live support and was told that the funds had left your system, but this does not match the reality in my wallet and I do not find this explanation convincing. From my perspective, it looks as if a “Successful” status is being shown while no actual payment is made, and I feel as though my winnings have been taken from me. I request that my withdrawal be traced urgently, that you clearly confirm where my $170 in Tether TRC20 was sent, and that my money be returned to me without any further delay if there was an error on your side.
