1win - Won't Let Me Withdraw My Winnings To My Crypto Wallet!

I am writing to report a serious issue with my 1win account and my recent withdrawal attempts. Earlier this week, I deposited $150 USD into my 1win account using my Visa card from the United States. I then played slot games and increased my balance to $700 USD.

When I tried to withdraw my winnings, I selected my personal USDT (TRC20) crypto wallet because my bank typically blocks incoming transfers from gambling sites, and I knew my card would not accept such payments. However, every withdrawal attempt to my USDT wallet is instantly rejected with the automated message: “You must withdraw using the original deposit method.”

I cannot use the original Visa card method because my bank does not allow these types of incoming transactions, so this requirement makes it practically impossible for me to access my own money. My 1win user ID is 4491022. I have not been able to complete a single withdrawal, and this situation makes it feel like my winnings are being withheld due to a technical restriction rather than being paid out.

I have never successfully withdrawn from 1win before, so I do not have any alternative method to rely on. I request that 1win urgently resolve this issue by allowing me to withdraw my $700 USD balance without forcing the blocked card method, and by processing the payment through a method that actually works, such as my USDT (TRC20) wallet.

I expect this matter to be handled by a qualified financial specialist rather than an automated system, and I request clear confirmation once the issue has been resolved and the payment has been processed.

I have to update this and give credit where it's due. A guy from the VIP financial team emailed me and actually explained the situation perfectly. It’s an international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) law — they literally cannot send money to a crypto wallet if the deposit came from a credit card unless that crypto wallet is verified. To fix it, he told me to make a minimum $10 crypto deposit just to link the USDT wallet to my name in their system. I did it, and they didn't even force me to wager that $10. Right after that, my $710 withdrawal was approved manually and hit my wallet in 15 minutes. Really professional handling of the situation, they aren't trying to scam, just following the law.
