In the 1win app, the transaction appears in my withdrawal history with a bright green checkmark and the status “Successful.” However, when I open my Trust Wallet, there are zero incoming transactions matching this withdrawal. The funds have never arrived in my wallet, and there is no record of any such transaction on my side. The status shown in the app is therefore misleading, because it suggests the withdrawal has been completed even though it does not appear to have been broadcast to the blockchain or delivered to my address. I am using 1win from the United States of America. I have not yet contacted your support, as I first want to clearly document the issue through this complaint. I find it extremely concerning that a withdrawal can be marked as “Successful” while the customer has no funds and no visible transaction. I request that you provide concrete, verifiable proof of this withdrawal on the TRC20 network, including the transaction hash and all relevant details, or immediately return my $65 to my 1win account or send it correctly to my provided wallet address. I clicked it, and it showed that the $65 was indeed successfully transferred to my exact address at 11:39 AM. The problem? I had my Trust Wallet app accidentally set to display the ERC-20 (Ethereum) network instead of the TRC-20 (Tron) network, so my Tether balance was hidden from my view. I switched the network toggle, and boom, the $65 was sitting right there. The "Successful" status in the app was completely real.
