1win App Says "Successful" But My Money Never Arrived!
On March 17, 2026, at around 04:40 PM, I initiated a withdrawal of $25 via USDC on the TRC20 network from my 1win account to my Binance wallet. Before confirming the transaction, I carefully checked the receiving address, which starts with TWnbEb and ends with dt1WAZ, and then completed the withdrawal. In the 1win transaction history, this withdrawal is marked with a green checkmark and shown as “Successful.” However, my Binance wallet has not received anything at all and does not even show a pending incoming transaction for this amount. There is also no transaction ID or hash visible to me related to this withdrawal. I contacted your live chat support and was only given a generic response that “the funds have successfully left our platform, please contact your wallet provider.” This is not an acceptable answer, because if the funds were truly sent correctly from your side, they should either appear in my Binance wallet or at least be traceable on the blockchain, which they are not on my end. I am requesting that you stop shifting the responsibility and properly investigate this missing withdrawal. Since the $25 USDC on TRC20 never arrived in my Binance wallet, I expect you to either locate and correctly process this withdrawal or refund the full $25 back to my 1win casino balance as soon as possible.

Their finance team emailed me the Tron blockchain hash (TxID), proving the $25 was sent to my exact address within minutes.The issue was entirely on my end. I use a major crypto exchange, and I didn't read their fine print: their minimum deposit limit for USDC on the TRC20 network is $50. Because I only sent $25 from 1win, the exchange quarantined my funds off-ledger. I had to deposit another $25 from a different wallet to cross the threshold, and boom, all $50 appeared instantly. The "Successful" status on 1win was completely accurate. Great support for providing the blockchain proof to help me figure it out.
