The issue has been sorted out. A senior manager from the 1win support team reached out to me directly. Apparently, there was a temporary payment gateway sync issue with crypto deposits on that specific day. My 300 USDT were manually credited to my account, plus they gave me a 20 USDT no-deposit bonus as an apology for the delay. Everything is fine now, fair play to them!

I deposited 300 USDT into my 1win account (ID: 4992011) on April 4, 2026, using the TRC20 network. The transaction was fully confirmed on the blockchain within approximately 2 minutes, and I have a valid TxID confirming its success. However, even after 24 hours, my 1win account balance remained at zero, and the deposit was not credited.

During this time, I contacted live chat support multiple times and provided all necessary transaction details, including the confirmed TxID. Despite this, I only received repeated responses asking me to “wait for the financial team,” without any clear explanation, resolution, or estimated time frame.

I request that my account be credited with the full 300 USDT immediately, based on the confirmed TRC20 transaction. I also expect this issue to be properly investigated to prevent similar problems from happening in the future, along with a clear explanation of the delay.
