I submitted two separate withdrawal requests on 1win—₺25,000 and ₺15,000. Both were eventually processed, but I was shocked to discover that the amounts deposited into my account were short by a total of ₺1,500. No explanation was given for the missing funds, and I had to dig through the process myself with no support.
On top of that, during the withdrawal process, my requests were repeatedly canceled for no reason, and I was forced to wait for days just to receive what I was owed. The delays were excessive, and the experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing.
