Based on that, I trusted the platform and made another withdrawal request for ₺2500 at 17:08, just 15 minutes later. While the system marked it as approved, the funds never reached my bank account.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this issue with 1win. It’s a recurring problem—you approve withdrawals but delay the actual transfer, leaving users confused and frustrated. It feels like you're doing nothing but keeping users waiting with no proper support or updates.
