While one of the deposits successfully reached my account, the other ₺2000 has completely vanished. It does not appear in my 1win balance, and it was not refunded back to my bank account either.
The failed deposit was later shown as “cancelled” under pending transactions, but the money is still nowhere to be found. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, and all they do is stall with generic answers and absolutely no resolution. This is not what I expected from a platform of your size and reputation.
I’m now missing ₺2000, and the delay is completely unacceptable. I trusted your platform and expected professional service. Please resolve this issue immediately and return my missing funds to my 1win account or to my bank. If this isn’t handled soon, I’ll be forced to take further action and warn others about your handling of user funds.
