I Sent ₹500 via PhonePe but 1win Did Not Credit It

On April 11 at around 2:30 PM, I deposited ₹500 into my 1win account (ID: 340726478) using PhonePe. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 1win balance.

I reported this issue to 1win customer support, but I have not received any response or solution so far. I am very disappointed that my money has been deducted without the deposit being reflected in my account.

I request that my ₹500 be returned to me immediately, either by crediting it to my 1win account or refunding it back to my bank account. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
