1win Poor Service Regarding Deposits
On April 20, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹2,000 to my 1win account (registered with the email address kaursapandee****@gmail.com) via UPI using Google Pay. The amount was successfully debited from my Google Pay account, but it has still not been credited to my 1win balance.
I have all the necessary proof of payment, including transaction details and reference numbers from Google Pay, and I am ready to provide screenshots if required. Despite this, after contacting 1win customer support multiple times, I continue to receive repetitive responses with no concrete action taken to resolve the issue.
This situation is very frustrating, as my money has been deducted but not reflected in my account. I request that the ₹2,000 be either immediately credited to my 1win account balance or fully refunded back to my Google Pay/UPI account as soon as possible. I also expect a proper investigation using the transaction details I can provide and a clear resolution without any further delay.
