1win Did Not Credit My ₹1,828 PhonePe Deposit to My Account

I deposited ₹1,828 into my 1win account registered with the mobile number 94074071** on March 14, 2026, using PhonePe. However, the transaction is still showing as pending, and the amount has not been credited to my 1win account balance.
Since the money has already been debited from my side, this situation is preventing me from using the service as intended.
I contacted 1win support regarding the issue, but I was told that they could not help me, which has left my money stuck without any clear resolution.
I request that my ₹1,828 deposit made on March 14, 2026 via PhonePe be either immediately credited to my 1win account or refunded to my PhonePe account without any further delay. I also request a clear update regarding the status of this transaction.
