1win Duplicate Account Blocked, I Request For My Remaining Balance

I have been using my 1win account with ID 347952***, registered with the email address lunavincent2***@gmail.com. On 17 February, my account was suddenly blocked, and I was informed that it was allegedly a duplicate account and restricted under clause 12.8 of the Platform Rules. As a result, I can no longer make withdrawals, even though I still have 195,000 naira in my gaming balance. The only explanation I received from 1win, both in the notification and when I contacted customer support, was that the account was restricted according to clause 12.8 based on internal criteria and verified data, that my withdrawal request was returned to my gaming balance, and that all actions were within their regulations and the decision was final. No concrete evidence or detailed clarification about the supposed duplicate account was provided. I request that 1win refund the full amount of 195,000 naira that is currently locked in my blocked account, as I am unable to withdraw it due to the restriction. I expect this refund to be processed as soon as possible, since I have been left without access to my own funds.
