1win Locked My Account After Verification and Won’t Release My Funds
I am writing to report a serious issue with my 1win.com account, which has been unfairly blocked after verification, leaving a balance of over 6,000 USDT (more than 5,500 dollars) inaccessible. I am using 1win from Nigeria, and the problem started on January 17, 2026. After successfully completing the account verification process, my account was suddenly blocked, and a message stated that it was due to “multiple accounts”. This accusation is completely false. I only have one account on 1win, which I opened this year after seeing an advertisement on the internet and deciding to try the platform for the first time. I have never created or used any other 1win account. The company refers to clause 9.7 about blocking people with multiple accounts, but I do not indulge in such fraud, and I am a legitimate gambler who simply wants access to my funds. I have contacted 1win customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response from them. As a result, my verified account remains blocked, and I cannot access or withdraw my funds, even though the balance of over 6,000 USDT consists of my legitimate money. If 1win requires any additional documents or further verification, I am fully ready to provide them because I know that I have complied with the rules and I know where I stand. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, the false “multiple accounts” claim be removed, and my account be unblocked so that I can access and withdraw my full balance. I also expect a clear written explanation for why my account was blocked after successful verification and why there has been no response from customer support.

I didn't breach any paragraph 9.7 as you stated if you check all the whole complaints here anyone with a definite high amount on there 1win account you guys end up stating that paragraph 9.7 which clearly read your terms and conditions before creating an account with you guys. I created an account on January 17 2026 which I always take accountability of all what I do. I need my account to unblock so I can have access to my $6000 please.
