I am writing regarding a serious issue with my 1win account in India. On 27 January, I requested three separate withdrawals to my bank account with a total value of 260,000 INR. These funds were legitimately in my account, and I have never been involved in any fraudulent or suspicious activities on the platform. Despite this, on 28 January my account was suddenly blocked right after my withdrawal requests.
After the blocking, I contacted 1win customer support and was only told that my account is blocked and will not be restored. No concrete reason, no proof, and no detailed explanation were provided to justify blocking my account and withholding my money. My withdrawal requests have not been processed and my funds have not been transferred to my bank account.
I strongly object to this treatment and to my money being effectively seized without any valid explanation. I clearly state that I have not violated any rules or engaged in any fraudulent activity and I demand that my pending withdrawals, totaling 260,000 INR, be processed and paid to my bank account immediately, even if 1win decides to permanently close my account afterwards.
If this issue is not resolved promptly and my funds are not returned, I am prepared to seek support from the relevant authorities and cyber crime units to protect my rights and recover my money. I also request a clear written explanation regarding the blocking of my account, the final decision about the status of my withdrawals, and the exact time and date when this action was taken, which was around 30 January at 12:51 pm.
