I had a game account with 1win registered under the email address nazninkhan****@yahoo.com. While my withdrawal request was still marked as pending, I contacted customer support to ask about the delay. Shortly after that, my account was blocked, and my balance of approximately 260,000 was not paid out.

On January 28, 2025, I received an email from 1win security stating that my account had been permanently blocked for allegedly violating Clause 12.8 of the Site Usage Rules, with claims of multi-accounting and fraudulent activity. I have never intentionally used multiple accounts. If more than one account exists under my name, it may only be because I previously lost access to an old email address or phone number.

I am fully willing to provide all necessary documents and proof to verify my identity and demonstrate that I am a legitimate user. Despite this, 1win has informed me that my account cannot be restored and has warned that any future re-registration will also be blocked.

I believe it is unfair that my balance of 260,000 has been frozen while I am not given a genuine opportunity to verify my identity and resolve the alleged issue. I request that 1win carefully re-review my case and unblock my account, or, if they refuse to reopen it, that they process and pay out the full balance of 260,000 and then permanently close the account.

I ask for a clear, fair resolution to this situation and a written response explaining the final decision.

I am writing regarding a serious issue with my 1win account in India. On 27 January, I requested three separate withdrawals to my bank account with a total value of 260,000 INR. These funds were legitimately in my account, and I have never been involved in any fraudulent or suspicious activities on the platform. Despite this, on 28 January my account was suddenly blocked right after my withdrawal requests.

After the blocking, I contacted 1win customer support and was only told that my account is blocked and will not be restored. No concrete reason, no proof, and no detailed explanation were provided to justify blocking my account and withholding my money. My withdrawal requests have not been processed and my funds have not been transferred to my bank account.

I strongly object to this treatment and to my money being effectively seized without any valid explanation. I clearly state that I have not violated any rules or engaged in any fraudulent activity and I demand that my pending withdrawals, totaling 260,000 INR, be processed and paid to my bank account immediately, even if 1win decides to permanently close my account afterwards.

If this issue is not resolved promptly and my funds are not returned, I am prepared to seek support from the relevant authorities and cyber crime units to protect my rights and recover my money. I also request a clear written explanation regarding the blocking of my account, the final decision about the status of my withdrawals, and the exact time and date when this action was taken, which was around 30 January at 12:51 pm.

My account has been blocked, not closed. I can provide all possible evidence to prove that I am not involved in any fraudulent activities. Kindly allow me to withdraw my funds, and after that you may close the account if you wish. If this situation continues, I will have to seek help from the cyber cell to recover my funds.

Its been 24 hours why still i didnt get any replies ftom 1win i have the evidences that after putting withdrawal request they blocked my id giving some excuse that fraudent activities without any concrete proofe..so evwryone out here for complaint i request u to all file cyber complaint against 1win.so we can get our funds out of that.

I wrote to them many times. All they do is block accounts unethically. After that, they don’t respond. They just block the account and disappear. They have no concrete evidence, which is why they didn’t even reply. Now I will report this to cybercrime authorities to investigate the issue and help me recover my ₹2,60,000 from 1win.
