On February 9, 2026, at around 10:54 a.m., I made a deposit of $24 to my 1win account via Paytm. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm wallet, and the payment shows as completed with reference number 698979693956, but the deposit has not been credited to my 1win account. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue with 1win. I attempted to contact customer support, but I have not received any response so far, and my money remains stuck between Paytm and 1win. I request that the $24 be refunded to my Paytm wallet as soon as possible, or that I be provided with a clear explanation and resolution regarding this missing deposit.
