1win Cancels Transaction but Fails to Refund ₹498 Paytm Payment


I made a payment of ₹498 to 1win through Paytm on February 2, 2026, at around 10:50 a.m., from Kolkata, India, for my 1win account with user ID 86793335. After some time, the payment status on 1win showed that the transaction had been canceled, but I did not receive any refund to my Paytm account, and the amount was also not credited to my 1win account. I contacted 1win support regarding this issue, and they asked me to provide the payment receipt, which I have already shared along with full transaction proof. The transaction has a valid UTR code 396476582918, and the amount of ₹498 was debited from my side, but there has been no resolution so far. It has now been approximately 48 hours since the transaction, and neither a refund has been processed nor has the amount been credited to my 1win account. I request that this issue be urgently reviewed using the above user ID and UTR code and that my ₹498 either be refunded to my original payment method or properly credited to my 1win account as soon as possible.
