1win Deposit Missing and Withdrawals Marked Successful Not Received

I am writing to report a serious problem I have experienced with the 1win website regarding both a recent deposit and two withdrawals made from South Africa via bank transfer. Today, I deposited R200 into my 1win account, and the amount was debited from my bank account, but it has not reflected on my 1win balance. In addition to this, I made two withdrawal requests of R1000 and R2000 about three hours ago. On the 1win website these withdrawals are marked as successful, but I have not received either of the amounts in my bank account. I have transaction proof and screenshots from my bank for the R200 deposit and the two withdrawals. I tried to contact 1win support through email, but the emails do not go through, and it seems that the address is not being used. I also attempted to reach support via live chat, but I did not receive any response there either. At this point I feel unprotected as a customer, because my money has left my bank account and I cannot access it on 1win or in my bank. I request that 1win immediately refunds the R200 deposit that did not reflect on my account and pays out the R1000 and R2000 withdrawals that are marked as successful on the website but have not been received in my bank account. I also expect a clear and prompt written response explaining what went wrong with these transactions and how this situation will be prevented in the future.
