I am writing regarding a problem I am experiencing with 1win related to a withdrawal via bank transfer. On April 27 at around 1:00 a.m., I requested a withdrawal of 1,200 INR, but since then the transaction has remained in “pending” status and the funds have not been credited to my bank account.
I attempted to contact 1win customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response. I have also not been given any explanation for the delay or any timeline for when the payment will be processed.
