I have been having a serious problem with my eFootball mobile account since April. My account is linked to an email address I do not know, and I normally access it via the Google Play Store data transfer option. At the moment I can still log in with my Google Play Store account, but someone else seems to have linked and used my eFootball account, and all 10 data transfer chances have been used up. Because of this, I am now blocked from accessing my own, hard‑earned account. I contacted eFootball support about this issue, and they told me they would get back to me, but I have not received any further response. During this time I have been unable to use the progress, players and content I previously had in the game. I request that my original eFootball account be restored to me, that the wrong data transfer links be cancelled, and that the 10 transfer chances be reset so I can safely use my account through my Google Play Store. I also expect a clear explanation of what happened and a review of any losses I have suffered while I could not access my account.
