I am writing to report that two withdrawal requests I made on the 1win betting app have still not been credited to my bank accounts, even though 1win claims the payments were successfully sent. I am using 1win from Surat, India. I requested withdrawals of ₹1,200 on 1st January 2026 and 6th January 2026 to my SBI savings account and UCO Bank account through the app. Despite waiting, the money has not been credited to either of my bank accounts. My 1win account ID is 304667488. I contacted 1win support through Telegram and also via their other support channels. Each time, they told me that the payment was successfully sent from their side. I even shared my bank statement with them to show that no such credit was received, but I have not received any positive or helpful response. They have also provided transaction details/IDs, yet the funds are still missing in my bank accounts. I request that 1win urgently investigate these two withdrawal transactions, verify them with the given transaction references, and either immediately credit the pending ₹1,200 to my correct bank account or clearly explain where the money has gone. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
