I am writing regarding an issue with a withdrawal from my account on 1win.com. On April 11, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of R250 to my Mastercard bank card in South Africa. Since that date, the withdrawal status has remained “pending,” and the funds have still not been credited to my bank account.
I contacted 1win support on April 11, 2026, regarding this issue and was instructed to send an email, which I did. However, after sending the email, I stopped receiving any responses. I have not been provided with any clear explanation, timeline, or resolution. This is particularly concerning because I have previously made successful withdrawals to the same Mastercard and bank account without any issues.
I request that 1win.com urgently process and complete my R250 withdrawal to my Mastercard. Alternatively, I expect a clear explanation and a concrete solution without any further delay, along with written confirmation once the payment has been successfully completed.
