I Cannot Find Garnier Color Naturals 6.3 Golden Light Brown Anywhere

I have been using Garnier Color Naturals 6.3 Golden Light Brown hair dye regularly for a long time. For approximately the past two weeks, I have been unable to find this product anywhere, and I have not been able to obtain any clear information about whether it has been discontinued.

I would like to know whether this specific shade is still being produced or whether it has been replaced by another product line or equivalent shade.

In an effort to find an answer, I have spent days trying to contact Garnier Turkey through multiple channels. I have called their phone line numerous times without receiving an answer, sent emails that have gone unanswered, and reached out through Instagram messages without receiving any response there either.

It is extremely disappointing and damaging to consumer trust when a company of Garnier's size leaves customers without any response or point of contact across all of its communication channels. As a long-time customer, I expected much better support and transparency.
