1win Deposit Missing After Paytm UPI Payment From India

I am writing to report a serious problem with my deposit on 1win and to request that my money be credited to my game wallet without any further delay. On May 7 at around 11:44 p.m., I made a deposit to 1win from India using Paytm UPI, linked to my South Indian Bank account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank/UPI account, but it has still not been credited to my 1win wallet. I received no confirmation from 1win, only the debit from my bank side. I contacted my bank and they clearly confirmed that the payment was successfully processed and that the merchant, 1win, has received the money. They also stated that 1win can see this payment in their transaction history. Despite this, the deposit does not appear in my game wallet, which makes the situation look like a clear case of negligence or fraud on the merchant’s side. I have tried to resolve this with 1win many times. I contacted customer support more than 100 times and only received generic copy‑paste responses that did not solve anything. I also sent more than 10 emails about this issue and have not received a proper reply. It has already been over 24 hours since the payment was deducted, while merchant payments should be received and processed within a maximum of 24 hours. I play on more than 15 different gaming websites and I am very familiar with how payments and timelines work, so I know this delay and lack of action is not normal. I am demanding that 1win stop treating genuine customers in this way and immediately add the missing deposit amount to my 1win game wallet. I expect my payment to be located in your transaction records and credited to my account without any further excuses or delays.
