1win Deposit Issue

I deposited an amount of 10,000 INR to my 1WIN gaming account (ID: 54062***) on 11 February at around 9:11 PM via UPI using Google Pay from my Bank of Maharashtra account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank, but it has still not been credited to my 1WIN balance. After reporting this issue, I was first given the reference number PMNT-4361774, but nothing was resolved. Later, I was given another reference number, PMNT-4408156, and even after that, there has been no solution. It has now been more than a week, and my deposit is still missing. I contacted 1WIN customer support multiple times, starting from 12 February, but they have not sent me any proper response by email or resolved the issue. This situation is causing serious frustration and makes the service feel unreliable. I request that my 10,000 INR either be immediately credited to my 1WIN gaming account or refunded back to my Bank of Maharashtra account from which the UPI payment was made. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
