1win Deposit Debited but Not Credited or Refunded via Paytm UPI

I made a deposit of ₹8,000 on 17 June 2026 at around 12:23 pm from my Ujjivan Small Finance Bank account using Paytm UPI to the 1win betting app, but the transaction was cancelled on the app side and the money has still not been returned to my bank account. The amount has been debited from my bank, yet it has not been credited to my 1win wallet or refunded back to me. I have already contacted customer support about this issue, but the problem is still not resolved and I have not received my money. This situation is causing me financial inconvenience because a large amount is stuck without any clear update. I request that this transaction be checked urgently and that my ₹8,000 either be immediately refunded back to my Ujjivan Small Finance Bank / Paytm UPI account or correctly deposited into my 1win account without any further delay.
