1Win Deposit Cancelled After ₹2000 UPI Payment From SBI Account

On April 8, 2026, at around 1:00 AM IST, I made a deposit of ₹2000 to my 1Win account using the UPI option from my SBI bank account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, and the transaction shows as completed on my side with reference number 646439472542. However, the funds were not credited to my 1Win wallet, and the deposit now appears as “cancelled” in the app.
I contacted 1Win customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is very concerning, as my money is stuck despite the transaction being successfully completed on the bank’s side.
I request that the ₹2000 be refunded back to my SBI bank account as soon as possible for this transaction, or that the issue be resolved promptly so that my funds are properly credited without further delay.
