I have been using the 1win platform from Russia and participated in the Lucky Drive campaign. On 15 November 2024, I won a Porsche GT3 in the Lucky Drive draw with my 1win gaming account ID 98118265. After this win, I started to contact 1win through chat and email to ask how I would receive my prize and to request the cash amount equivalent of the Porsche GT3 instead of the car. Between November 2024 and May 2025, I wrote to 1win support almost 300 times via chats and emails about my win and the payment of the prize. Instead of solving the issue or giving me clear information, 1win blocked my account in May 2025. Since my account is blocked, I cannot even check whether the winning amount was ever credited to my gaming balance or not, and I have not received any money or the car in real life. The rules of the Lucky Drive campaign and the Porsche GT3 prize did not state any problem that should lead to blocking my account or refusing the prize in my case, so I do not understand why 1win took this action and left me without access to my account and without my winnings. I request that 1win immediately unblock my account 98118265, clearly confirm whether the Porsche GT3 win was credited or not, and pay me the full cash equivalent of the Porsche GT3 prize that I rightfully won on 15 November 2024. I also ask for a written explanation for the blocking of my account despite my repeated attempts to communicate with support.

First of all, I have never self-excluded my account. Secondly, if you are claiming this, then please clarify one thing: self-exclusion can only be done by sending an email to [email protected], if I am not wrong. If I had sent such an email, you would have the data for it. So please reply to me from that email address if I ever requested self-exclusion. Another thing: if you do not have the capability to give such gifts, then please do not show off on your website that you are giving away luxury cars and similar prizes. This program is completely fake, and everyone should know this. People should understand that if someone has won a gift, why would they close their own account? Poor support and a poor company, 1win. This is not a trustworthy platform anymore. I need a resolution. I don’t care about anything else—just give me the money equivalent to the Porsche GT3. The rest is up to you. You have been misleading me for the past year.

See your own site chat support is saying that self exclusion can be done by sending email to security department and this clearly states that you are a fraud site and do not have that much capability to give the gift if someone win you blocked them.

The account was created in my name, and all the required details have already been provided to you as proof. I have submitted the video verification and all supporting documents. I am using the same email address, and there have been no changes to my account information. Despite this, you are still denying my claim. It seems like your company is avoiding payment of this large amount by creating unnecessary issues. If needed, please arrange another live video verification. You will clearly see that I am the same person — Raghav, the rightful owner of this account. Please do not treat your customers unfairly. I have provided each and every piece of evidence proving that this account belongs to me, and I answered all the questions asked by the interviewer. So please do not deny this. Secondly, it appears that your company blocks users whenever someone wins a large amount. This is extremely concerning. If you are unable to help me, please inform me clearly so I can proceed legally through consumer court. Do not cheat your customers. If the Lucky Drive program is genuine, then prove it transparently. Otherwise, it gives the impression that the program is completely fake. Dear 1win everything has been done and each and every proof has given to you.
