1win Blocks Verified Account After Withdrawal Request and Withholds 2,950 INR

I had an active and verified account on the 1win betting site registered with the email address alfag2**@gmail.com. My account was already KYC verified when I was using the platform. I redeemed 1win tokens, played games, won around 3,400 INR, and also lost a similar amount, and my final remaining balance was approximately 2,951–2,950 INR. On 9 January, I requested a withdrawal of 2,950 INR to my bank account. At the time of depositing and playing, many rules and restrictions were not shown or were disabled, but when I tried to withdraw, all the rules suddenly became active. After my withdrawal request, 1win sent me an email asking for KYC verification again, even though my account had already been verified. I completed the KYC process for the second time using the same documents, and immediately after that, my account was blocked without any clear or valid explanation. I did not misuse any bonuses and only played with redeemed tokens and my balance according to the rules shown to me. I request that my 1win account be unblocked and that my 2,950 INR balance be paid to my bank account as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear explanation of why my account was blocked after I completed KYC for the second time, even though I did not break any rules.

Specifically, Section 9.7 states that the company reserves the right to take action if a player engages in activities such as using multiple accounts, automated betting software, arbitrage betting, or abusing loyalty programs. This decision is final, and we will not unblock your account.

Do you think the people of India don’t know anything about you? You fail the payments of 10–20% of users at the time of deposit, and you still keep the deposited money. You make the user lose 50–60% of their money during gameplay, and even if someone manages to win some money from the game, you close the account at the time of withdrawal. In the end, 100% of the amount goes to you, and the user is the complete loser.

You told me to email your customer support from my registered email ID and include my game ID. But did you even consider that once an account is blocked, the user cannot access or see their game ID anywhere? When an account is blocked, the game ID is not visible at all. So how do you expect a blocked user to provide their game ID? This clearly shows that you are not following your own company rules and regulations. You instructed me to email your OneWin support address using my email ID and include my game ID, but when an account is blocked, it is impossible for the user to retrieve that information. This is basic knowledge of your own system. What resolution are you actually going to provide? Please state it clearly here and address me directly—are you unblocking my account or not? At this point, I am no longer interested in getting my account unblocked. Either release my withdrawal immediately, or delete all the KYC documents I have submitted and clearly confirm in writing that my personal data has been completely removed from your system and that none of my KYC information is stored anymore. Please provide a clear and final resolution.

Why are you replying here instead of emailing me directly? You shameless people should feel some shame. When it comes to taking users’ money, you have no problem at all, but when it comes to giving a personal reply by email, you suddenly hesitate. At the time of deposit, there are no issues, but when it comes to withdrawal, you block the account. You shameless scammers. I will kick you out of India very soon. Don’t worry—your entire site will soon receive a notice from the Indian government to be blocked.
