1win Withdrawal Stuck On “Processing” - Tracking Code Not Working
I have been using 1win for a long time and have both lost and won significant amounts, but I am now facing a serious problem with my current withdrawal. On 27/11/2025, I requested a withdrawal of 4,800 RUB to my bank card, and for more than two days the status has only shown as “processing” with no progress. I contacted the support team and they gave me a tracking code to check the application status via the bot, but this code does not work and I cannot see any information about my withdrawal. My account ID is 98770***. Until now, I never had similar issues and all my withdrawals were processed successfully, so it is very concerning that I am suddenly unable to access my own money. I request that my 4,800 RUB withdrawal be immediately approved and paid to my bank card, that the tracking bot be fixed so the codes provided actually work, and that I receive a clear explanation of why this delay and technical problem occurred.
