I have been using a 1win account in Nigeria with the username “Chioma” and the email address abbayfestu***@gmail.com. On 21 February 2026, my account was suddenly blocked, and since then, I have had no access to my balance of over 440,000 naira, which was deposited mainly through bank transfers. After repeatedly trying to contact support, I received an email from 1win stating that their security service had carried out a check and that my account allegedly violated clause 12.8 of the Site Usage Rules. They claimed that I committed fraudulent actions such as multi-accounting, using software to automate bets, or abusing loyalty programs, and on that basis, they permanently blocked my account and stated that it cannot be restored. They also wrote that any new account I open will be blocked without prior notice. I completely reject these accusations. I have never used betting software, I do not have multiple betting accounts, and I only used my single personal account to place regular bets. Despite this, 1win has blocked my account and is withholding my entire balance of over 440,000 naira without providing any concrete evidence of fraud or allowing me to defend myself. I request that 1win immediately release and pay out in full the remaining balance of more than 440,000 naira in my blocked account. My only and clear demand is that the full amount of my funds be returned to me without any further delay.
