I recently deposited money into the Aviator 1Win app, following the IBAN provided. After another transaction to the same IBAN, which matched the one they previously provided, the funds were put on hold. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue, the money, totaling 5000₺, has not been credited back to my account. The process of verifying the IBAN and correcting the mistake would take mere minutes, but instead, the team keeps stalling. To make matters worse, the customer service representatives have been dismissive and disrespectful in their responses. This level of irresponsibility and poor treatment is unacceptable. I expect my funds to be returned immediately, along with an apology for this frustrating experience.
