1win Account Blocked, Please Unblock My Account

My 1win account with ID 22193970 was blocked around 4 years ago when I had a balance of approximately ₹60,000 in it and was trying to withdraw my funds via UPI in India. After the block, I was informed by 1win that my account was closed due to a supposed terms violation. In my case, I used my brother’s phone only to deposit money into my own 1win account, but it seems the security department assumed that I had opened or used two different accounts. I have never tried to abuse the system or run multiple accounts; I only used my brother’s device to fund my single account, which is 22193970. Following this, I sent the requested documents and explanations to appeal their decision, but the security department has not responded to me. Despite my attempts to contact them and resolve the issue, I have not received any meaningful reply or clear information, and my funds remain inaccessible. I request that my case be reviewed again, that my explanation about using my brother’s phone be taken into account, that I receive a clear and detailed explanation of the alleged terms violation, and that my account be unblocked or my remaining balance of approximately ₹60,000 be paid to me if there is no valid reason to withhold it.
