1win ID 330849314 Account Blocked
I have been using my 1win account from India for about six months on my iOS device without any issues until today. Earlier today, I placed a withdrawal request for ₹2,416 from my 1win balance and then contacted 1win support by e‑mail. They asked me to complete KYC, which I did as requested and submitted my documents correctly. However, right after completing the KYC process, my 1win account was suddenly blocked. I did not receive a clear explanation as to why my account was blocked, especially after following their instructions and successfully completing KYC. As a result, I currently cannot access my account or my ₹2,416 withdrawal. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, unblocked, and that my ₹2,416 withdrawal be processed without further delay, or that I be at least given a clear and detailed explanation and proof for any action taken against my account.
