10cric Customer Support Repeats Delays Instead of Fixing Withdrawal

On February 6, I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of ₹7,800 from my 10cric account to my bank account in India. However, the withdrawal is still showing as “processing,” and the money has not been credited to my bank account. During this time, I have contacted 10cric customer support approximately 15 times. Each time, I was only told to wait another 15 minutes, but nothing has changed, and the withdrawal remains in processing status. I have not received any clear explanation or proper resolution. I request that my ₹7,800 withdrawal be processed immediately and credited to my bank account without any further delay.
