1xBet Balance Not Updated After UPI Transaction

On January 11, 2026, I made a deposit of 500 INR to my 1xBet India account using UPI via Google Pay. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my 1xBet account. Since this issue occurred, I have contacted 1xBet customer support multiple times. Each time, I was told that the “specialist team is working on it,” but no solution has been provided, and my account balance has not been updated. As of today, the 500 INR is still missing, even though the payment was completed on my side. I request that my 500 INR deposit be credited immediately as points to my 1xBet account, or that a clear and prompt resolution be provided without any further delay.
