10Cric Delayed My Withdrawal for Over 48 Hours, Blamed the Bank
About 3:00 AM on May 26, 2025, I made a withdrawal request; it has been over 48 hours now and still no indication of the money. When I contacted 10Cric's customer service, they merely shrugged it off, stating the money was "released" and now it's up to the payment provider and the bank. Really, though, they go through third-party payment processors rather than directly depositing the money into our bank accounts. How therefore precisely is this the fault of the bank? Particularly in India, where bank processing occurs even on public holidays and around-the-clock. Simply said, it makes no sense. Where are they if the money was really released two days ago? This is not the first occurrence of this either. I have past experience with delays. More resembles a 10Cric problem than anything else.
