Kiyafet Sepeti Missing Refund Issue

I bought a dress from KıyafetSepeti (kiyafetsepeti.com.tr) and even though I returned it, I still haven't gotten my refund. Following my victory in the case with the Consumer Arbitration Board, the company provided me with reassurances that they would promptly refund the full amount. Yet, it's been a whole month and still no sign of reimbursement. Every time I try to reach out to them, I just end up getting passed around and my inquiries get delayed. I am pursuing legal recourse, but it is important for others to be informed about the company's prolonged failure to issue a refund.
