Zwilling Sells Out-of-Stock Part and Fails to Deliver Order
I contacted technical service after losing the small blue component inside the lid of my Zwilling AirControl pressure cooker. Following their instructions, I placed an order for the valve through the provided link on March 4. My order number is ynl6928482, and I paid a total of $11 for the product and shipping.
Although I received a “shipped” notification about 10 days later, the product never arrived. I then reached out to technical service once by phone and twice via WhatsApp. During these conversations, I was told that the item was actually out of stock and that I needed to wait. Selling a product that is not in stock and causing inconvenience to the customer is already a serious issue. On top of that, the difficulty in sourcing such a simple part is quite disappointing for a well-known brand like Zwilling. Unfortunately, this is not my first negative experience with this brand.
I request that the part I have already paid for be urgently supplied and delivered to me without any further delay. Otherwise, I expect appropriate steps to be taken to resolve my inconvenience.
